Do I actually need a whole new roof, or can this be repaired?
Usually a repair, if the roof is under about fifteen years old and the damage is in one area. We tell you which one it is after we have been up there, and we show you the photos that led us to that answer. Nobody sells you a tear-off over the phone.
How long does a replacement take?
A typical single family home is one to two days: tear-off and dry-in on day one, new roof and cleanup finishing on day two. Bigger or steeper roofs run longer, and we tell you the number before you sign, not after.
What happens if you find rotten decking?
We photograph it, text you the photo, and give you the per sheet price before we replace anything. It is written into the quote as a unit price up front, so there is no surprise line item at the end.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes, in the sense that we document the damage, meet the adjuster on the roof and build to the approved scope. The claim stays in your name and we cannot promise how any insurer decides, but nothing gets missed on our side.
